We have fixed costs (charges that don't change) for example accommodation, cooking lessons, day boat trips) and variable costs which depend on the activities you choose, the number of days of the trip etc
Please check below whether the costs are fixed or variable

 

KHMER COOKING LESSONS (FIXED costs)

Prices include:	1 person	2 persons	3 persons	4 persons

BOAT TRIP COSTS - Day trips only (FIXED costs)

Prices include:	1 person	2 persons	3 persons	4 persons
▷Private day trip including village visits to suit your interests All snacks, drinks(soft, beer and wine), morning tea, gourmet lunch, entry fees (where applicable) and guide included - you won't be disappointed!	$240	$140 each	$105 each	$85 each

2 day or longer boat trips (to islands in the Mekhong, seeing birds on the Tonle Sap (October and November only), Kampong Cham, Chhlong, Kraties, Kampong Chhnang) - Quotes on request

ROAD TRIP COSTS - Daily Trips (EXAMPLE of costs only)

ROAD TRIP COSTS - 3 day trip to Takeo, Kep, Kampot (VARIABLE costs)

Prices include:	1 person	2 persons	3 persons	4 persons
▷Takeo, Kep and Kampot - entrance fees to all sites, snacks, drinks during the day, 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches (including seafood lunch on day 2 and 3) (Accommodation in Kep or Kampot, 2 dinners and Bokor trip extra. We can help you with accommodation suggestions and bookings if necessary)	$690 each	$385 each	$300 each	$250 each

For other trips - 2 or 4 day trips, or 1 or 2 day guided tour then be dropped to spend time alone in Kep or Kampot, ask us for a quote. Accommodation Costs

Payments and Cancellations

Costs of boat tours and cooking classes will be according to prices above unless other quotes have been given by email

Confirmation will not be made until deposits have been received. Deposits are required within 7 days (see below for details). Deposits (in USD) should be paid by bank transfer. All bank transfer fees and charges are to be borne by the guest(s). Once deposits are received, final confirmation will be given by email

21-30 days notice	50% refund (minus bank charges/fees) except where flights/non Cambodia Uncovered accommodation has been pre booked and paid (conditions related to ticket and hotel)
<21 days notice	Forfeit deposit If an alternative time can be found to suit both parties, deposit will stand
